Alec Baldwin in new spat with a photographer

By Courtney Hazlett

It's beginning to feel less like the Fourth of July and more like Groundhog Day; Alec Baldwin has had yet another confrontation with a paparazzo.

This one took place outside an apartment building in New York's West Village neighborhood Friday. As you can see in the video below,?paparazzi were camped out in front of the building when one shooter in particular continued to badger not just Baldwin, but other residents about the actor's upcoming nuptials?to fiancee Hilaria Thomas. (Note: There is one expletive in the video)

"I want you out of here, I want you out of here!" Baldwin said before squeezing the photographer's?upper arm. "I want you to leave my neighbor alone ... you little girl."?

According to TMZ, the photographer had issues with residents of the building prior to the run-in with Baldwin.?According to their source, "when one resident asked the photog to stop 'harassing everyone,' the photog told the person, 'f--- you.'"

Baldwin hasn't commented about this incident specifically, but he did tweet today, "'Reporters' are stalking outside my house, and following in their car. Only to harass and disturb. If only a meteor would hit that car ..."

Legally Speaking ? Women's National Book Association ? NYC

In this New York Bookwoman ?Legally Speaking? column, Dina Di Maio discusses the importance of a clearly defined contract when co-authoring a work.

Yes! I know an author who co-wrote a work and constantly polices it because the other author claims sole ownership and uses it without her permission. It is essential if you are undertaking a collaborative work that you create a collaboration agreement. Even if you and your friend work well together and have a great writing partnership, when it comes to ownership, control, and finances, conflict is bound to arise without clearly defined terms.

There are many things you want to consider in a collaboration agreement. The first is ownership. Under U.S. copyright law, ?a work prepared by two or more authors with the intention that their contributions be merged into inseparable or interdependent parts of a unitary whole? is a joint work. Copyright ownership exists the moment the two authors create the work. However, a collaboration agreement shows ownership of the work and allows parties to divide ownership any way they want. You also want to stipulate who has control over what happens to the book ? who makes artistic decisions. In addition, you want to establish how an advance and royalties will be split. They don?t have to be split evenly. Also, you want to be clear about how the work will be credited ? whose name will be first, will the names be in different sizes, etc. A non-competition clause also may be in order, so that no one author will publish a book that competes with this one. You may also want to be specific about warranties and who will be responsible for breaches of contract. Will you be responsible for the whole book or just a portion? It?s best to be specific and detailed about all of these things. Keep in mind, a collaboration agreement is not a publishing contract, and both authors can decide whether to sign a publishing contract jointly or separately. It is best to seek the advice of an attorney who has experience in collaboration agreements.

Google's Jelly Bean cup runeth over, kill grass in the process

Happy Google I/O week! Why not celebrate with a giant jelly bean or 12? The search giant clearly has some big, colorful plans for later this week, including, perhaps, another entry in its delicious parade of lawn-cluttering mobile operating system dessert foods. The above statue was spotted and posted to the Google Developers page on Google+, and it surely amounts to more than just a belated Easter celebration. We'll no doubt be hearing a lot more on the subject from Google -- and the American Dental Association -- in the days to come.

HBT: Sabathia on DL until after All-Star break

This is not good:

He apparently felt it, or at least told the team about it, after taking bullpen yesterday. My guess: it happened when Spider Man flew out of his butt.?UPDATE: It apparently happened during the Yankees-Mets game over the weekend but he didn?t tell the team about it until after his bullpen session yesterday.

Freddy Garcia will take Sabathia?s next turn in the rotation, which would have been Friday, and the turn after that. ?If things go well, that?s all he should miss.

US durable goods rose 1.1 percent in May

WASHINGTON (AP) ? U.S. factories received more orders for long-lasting manufactured goods in May, rebounding after two weak months. But the trend in orders has slowed this year, adding to worries that the U.S. economy has weakened.

The Commerce Department said Wednesday that orders for durable goods rose 1.1 percent in May after two months of declines.

And so-called core capital goods, which signal business investment plans, increased 1.6 percent. That also followed two months of declines, which raised concerns that businesses were losing confidence in the economy. Companies ordered more heavy machinery, computers and communication equipment in May.

Durable goods are items that are expected to last at least three years. Orders can be volatile from month to month.

"All in, the improvement in May is, again, a relief," said Jennifer Lee, a senior economist at BMO Capital Markets. "However, smoothing out the monthly wiggles in core orders shows a decelerating trend.... In other words, continued uncertainty over Europe's debt crisis and the fiscal problems in the U.S. are still hurting business and consumer confidence, and suggests only modest growth as we enter the second half of 2012."

In May, orders rose to $217.2 billion, 46 percent above the recession low hit in April 2009. Orders are still 11.4 percent below their 2007 peak.

U.S. manufacturing has been a key driver of growth since the recession ended three years ago. But Europe's debt crisis has weakened demand for U.S. exports. And several other reports suggest the factory activity has slowed.

Factories produced less in May than April, the Federal Reserve said earlier this month. Automakers cut back on output for the first time in six months.

In June, manufacturing activity barely grew in the New York region and contracted sharply in the Philadelphia area, according to surveys by regional Federal Reserve banks.

The May durable goods report showed orders for transportation products increased 2.7 percent, led by a 4.9 percent gain in volatile demand for commercial aircraft. Orders for motor vehicles and parts rose 0.5 percent following a 5.7 percent surge in April.

Excluding transportation, durable goods orders rose 0.4 percent.

Demand for machinery rose 4.1 percent. Orders for computers and related products were up 3.3 percent and orders for communications equipment increased 2.3 percent. Orders for primary metals such as steel fell 1.5 percent.

Manufacturers added 12,000 jobs in May, the eighth straight gain. But overall, the economy generated just 69,000 jobs last month, the fewest jobs in a year.

Employers have added an average of just 73,000 jobs a month in April and May. That followed average gains of 226,000 a month in the first three months of the year.

With job growth weaker and the unemployment rate still high, consumers have pulled back on spending and businesses appear less confident about the economy. They are placing fewer orders at factories, which has slowed manufacturing output.

Mirosoft patents recording device to curb shortened attention spans

Time was, secretaries executive assistants were tasked with the chore of summing up a meeting's minutes so the less focused suits could play catch-up afterwards. Not so with this vision of the automated boardroom as put forth by a newly awarded Microsoft patent. Filed back in February of 2006, the doc outlines a computer-based method for recording live audio and video (including presentation slides), a system of monitoring a user's computer activity and tracking moments of attention loss. Sounds like Redmond's crafting an enterprise version of "gotcha!," but it's not so sinister. The proposed recorder would actually make recommendations based on the moments your focus drifted off, replete with full A/V playback and even the ability to hone in and amplify an individual speaker's voice. It's easy to see how this theoretic tech could wind up worming its way out of concrete towers and integrating into classrooms of the future (and even homes). For now, content yourself with the full-on legalese available at the source link below.

(AP) ? Natalia Guzman stepped hesitantly into the morgue looking for her only son. She was led to rows of refrigeration units, where after peering at more than a dozen corpses she finally found 17-year-old Jaime.

Trembling and in tears, she embraced relatives outside the building and said her son's body had been riddled with bullets. She blamed a drug-dealing gang in her slum for the killing and complained that police might have prevented it had they been patrolling her neighborhood.

The rising tide of violent crime that has engulfed Venezuela has become a top issue in the country's presidential campaign, with opposition candidate Henrique Capriles blaming President Hugo Chavez's government for failing to halt the bloodshed. Yet Guzman and many other Venezuelans appear to have lost faith in the ability of any government as well as the police to address the problem, no matter who wins the October vote.

"Crime is out of control, and I don't think any politician, neither Chavez, nor Capriles, is going to change that," Guzman said, speaking in a low voice that at times cracked when she cried.

The government says more than 14,000 people were killed in Venezuela last year, giving the country a murder rate of 50 per 100,000 people and making it one of the most violent countries in Latin America and the world. The murder rate has more than doubled since 1998, when Chavez was first elected.

At campaign rallies, Capriles has been promising to fix what he calls one of Chavez's most glaring failures, declaring: "We will have to choose between life or death."

Chavez has responded by banning gun sales, expanding a new national police force and launching an anti-crime plan with stepped-up policing and other programs in high-crime areas.

It's unclear how the political tug-of-war on crime may affect the race. But Chavez's opponents are hammering away on the issue, convinced that some voters will be swayed.

Capriles' campaign manager, Leopoldo Lopez, said as he presented the opposition's "Security for All" anti-crime plan that nearly 14 years after Chavez was first elected, the president's promises are too little, too late. "He's never made the issue of security a priority, until now when he tries to use it as a political banner," Lopez said.

Experts say violent crime has increased in the country due to easy, cheap access to guns, a culture of violence among young men in the slums, and severe shortages of police officers and prosecutors.

Criminologist Fermin Marmol Garcia said Venezuela's fundamental problem is that for more than a decade, "the institutions that weigh heavily on crime prevention and suppression were not strengthened."

In polls, Venezuelans consistently rate violent crime as their top concern. But many tend to blame long-standing institutional problems such as police forces viewed as corrupt and incapable, rather than pointing fingers at politicians.

"For Capriles, the challenge is putting the issue on the pedestal, linking it directly to Chavez, showing that he's responsible and creating hope that it's possible to solve the problem," said Luis Vicente Leon, a Caracas-based pollster and political analyst. He said Capriles, who has been trailing in the polls, hasn't yet been able to gain traction on the issue.

Guzman isn't committed to either presidential candidate, and so far Capriles' anti-crime message hasn't resonated with her.

She said her son's motorcycle was stolen when he was killed after a street party, and she suspects the gunmen who killed him are the same toughs who terrorize her neighborhood.

"The police are almost never around when there's a problem. They always arrive hours afterward and they never capture anybody," Guzman said. "It's the thugs, not the police, who control the neighborhoods."

The authorities say a majority of the country's killings involve young men, often battling in poor neighborhoods over turf or drug dealing, or in simple rivalries. Crime has also been expanding into places once seen as safe, such as movie theaters, shopping malls and parking garages where security guards stand watch.

Shooting victims are often brought to the Perez de Leon Hospital near Petare, Venezuela's largest slum, where Guzman's son was gunned down. At the hospital, janitors mop blood from the white tile floor while doctors scramble to save lives. The victims' friends and relatives anxiously wait outside the emergency ward.

Abductions for ransom have grown rapidly in the past decade, with kidnapping reported to police rising from 52 in 1998, when Chavez was first elected, to 618 in 2009. Security experts say the real number of kidnappings is much higher because most cases aren't reported to authorities.

Recently diplomats from Costa Rica, Mexico and Chile were kidnapped, and all were eventually freed after ordeals lasting from two hours to more than a day.

Among the middle and upper classes, growing numbers of Venezuelans have been trying to take their security into their own hands by enrolling in self-defense courses, hiring bodyguards or bulletproofing their vehicles.

"Business has multiplied," said Ernesto Carrera, director of the School of Personal Protection, which offers intensive self-defense courses. He said his clientele has grown by about 80 percent in the past five years.

Jose Berrios, a 34-year-old businessman, decided to enroll after surviving an armed robbery, and now spends three nights a week at the school learning self-defense techniques and struggling through exercise sessions that include tossing medicine balls, doing pull-ups and lifting weights.

In one training session, an instructor demonstrated how to avoid a carjacking by using a martial arts move to disarm an attacker.

Capriles has been trying to capitalize on Venezuelans' concerns by accusing Chavez of ignoring the issue for most of his presidency. He has promised to take a different approach and make crime-fighting a top priority, laying out a plan that includes putting more police on the streets, raising officers' salaries and bringing more sports and art programs to poor neighborhoods.

Chavez responded by launching his latest anti-crime program last week, dubbed the "Great Mission For Every Life Venezuela." It includes allocating more money to expand training programs for police, starting community programs for troubled youth, expanding a fledgling national police force and targeting law enforcement resources to high-crime areas.

Justice Minister Tareck El Aissami said the country now has about 92,000 police officers in a patchwork of state, local and national police force but acknowledged Venezuela would need about 20,000 more police officers to meet U.N. standards. This September, El Aissami said, about 9,500 new recruits are scheduled to join the Bolivarian National Police after they undergo training.

El Aissami said that the challenge of combatting violence goes beyond hiring more police and building more prisons. Part of the government's program, he said, focuses on giving young men in the slums alternatives through sports and community programs so that they no longer view "a pistol and a motorcycle" as status symbols.

El Aissami told reporters last week that crime "is the most serious problem, the one of greatest concern and the one of greatest attention for the government."

Researchers make progress on early detection of resistance to ...

Mutations in a gene called KRAS are causally associated with acquired resistance to targeted therapies for colorectal cancers (CRC), according to new findings from EU-funded researchers from Italy and their research colleagues in the United States.

Writing in the journal Nature, the team explain that patients often develop resistance to colorectal cancer drugs that target epidermal growth factor receptors (EGFRs). The team show in cell-line models that KRAS mutations can cause resistance to an anti-EGFR therapy called cetuximab. These mutations can either be acquired during treatment or may have pre-existed in a small fraction of tumour cells before treatment.

Two of the Italian study authors, Professor Alberto Bardelli from the Institute for Cancer Research and Treatment in Turin and Salvatore Siena from the Falck Division of Medical Oncology at the Niguarda Ca' Granda Hospital in Milan, were supported by the EU-funded COLTHERES ('Modelling and predicting sensitivity to targeted therapies in colorectal cancers') project which received EUR 5,999,300 of funding under the 'Health' Theme of the EU's Seventh Framework Programme (FP7).

Professor Bardelli comments: 'Emergence of secondary resistance to anti EGFR therapies (disease progression) in colorectal cancers is presently established by radiological evaluation. In the paper we describe for the first time that KRAS gene alterations are a mechanism of acquired resistance to anti EGFR therapies in CRCs and occur in approximately 50% of patients.'

The findings in this latest study come at the same time as a second team of researchers publish results demonstrating that resistance mutations in KRAS and other genes are highly likely to be present in a subpopulation of tumour cells before treatment. In this complementary study, also published in Nature, researchers from Austria, China and the United States show that these mutations can be detected months before there is clinical evidence of treatment failure, which could provide a signal to start alternative treatments.

These researchers used mathematical modelling to provide evidence that KRAS mutations pre-exist in tumour cells before treatment with the anti-EGFR treatment panitumumab. This may explain why clinical recurrence usually occurs within the same timescale, about 5 to 7 months after treatment began.

Both studies show that DNA from these mutations can be detected in liquid biopsies several months before radiographic evidence of disease progression is observable. The hope now is that scientists will be able to build on these results by using combination therapy to anticipate and counter resistance before patients relapse.

Professor Bardelli explains that both study groups demonstrate that these mutations can be detected in plasma using an approach called 'liquid biopsy'.

He adds: 'This means that it is now possible to monitor the evolution of the tumour in response to therapy using a blood draw to detect early mutations that drive acquired resistance. The concept of liquid biopsy is an important step forward in the field. It was already known that the measurement of circulating tumour free DNA in the blood of patients could be used to monitor tumour burden. Our work shows that molecular determinants of acquired resistance can be detected several months before the clinical manifestation of relapse.'

Professor Bardelli also notes that it is important to clarify that what they have discovered is 'not a novel way to detect colon cancer' rather they have found a strategy to non-invasively detect early relapse from therapy in colorectal cancer patients.

As well as Italy, COLTHERES, which started in 2011 and runs until 2014, supports researchers from Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, and its central aim is to help develop knowledge in the 'personalised' approach to cancer treatment where the 'right' combination of drugs is administered to the 'right' patients, based on a detailed understanding of their genetic background.

Some of the issues the COLTHERES project addresses are molecular profiling of colon cancer patient samples using multiple omics-based technologies for co-segregating lesions that could impart resistance to existing and emerging targeted therapies, and building and screening predictive in vitro models based on this data to enable the rapid and empirical determination of drug resistance biomarkers.

Ross homers twice in Boston's 9-4 win over Braves

BOSTON (AP) ? Kevin Youkilis' farewell at Fenway Park on Sunday even was moving for Cody Ross, one of the newest members of the Red Sox.

On the day Youkilis' 8? years in Boston came to an end, Ross hit two homers and drove in five runs to lift the Red Sox to a 9-4 win over the Atlanta Braves.

Youkilis was traded to the Chicago White Sox for utilityman Brent Lillibridge and right-hander Zach Stewart after the game.

"It brought a tear to my eye, that's for sure," said Ross, in his first season with Boston. "To see him run off and tip his hat, he had some tears in his eyes, I got goosebumps. Special time. I know how much he means to this city. He won two World Series here, played his heart and soul out every day and just a great teammate. He'll be missed."

Before leaving the Red Sox for good,Youkilis was lifted for a pinch-runner after hitting a triple in the seventh inning.

Youkilis was greeted with a hug near the first base line from Nick Punto, who pinch-ran for him, and many of his teammates as he came to the top step of the dugout.

The burely Youkilis was then urged to come out for a curtain call by his teammates, coaches and manager Bobby Valentine before heading down the steps. He was given a lengthy standing ovation and the fans chanted "Yook." The entire dugout looked empty, with everyone standing on the top step and applauding Youkilis.

Valentine thought it was a fitting sendoff.

"It ended the right way," he said. "It was the longest run to the dugout. ... I told the players what I was going to do and he did the rest."

The nameplate above Youkilis' locker was gone when the clubhouse door opened and there was a lineup card there after the Red Sox's the ninth win in 11 games.

The day started with players' kids running around the clubhouse on 'Family Day.' About an hour after the game, many of the players were on the field wearing their jerseys with their wives and children.

"We've been friends a long time ? 10 years," Punto said. "It was kind of a goodbye."

Youkilis was part of the 2004 and '07 championships.

"It's tough because I know how hard he's played and he's given everything he has in every game he's every put on the Red Sox uniform. Sad," said second baseman Dustin Pedroia, a teammate of Youkilis since 2007.

Boston completed interleague play with a winning record for the eighth straight season (11-7).

Jason Heyward continued his torrid June for the Braves, hitting a solo homer among his three hits.

Atlanta, which lost for the ninth time in 13 games, closed interleague play 8-10. The Braves lost two of three to the Red Sox after taking two of three against the Yankees in New York.

"We were .500 against the American League East on the road," said Braves manager Fredi Gonzalez. "You always like to get a little greedy. We had an opportunity to win two out of three here and we just couldn't convert it."

Aaron Cook (1-1), making just his second start with the Red Sox and first since going on the disabled list May 6 after sustaining a cut on his left knee covering home plate, gave up three runs ? two earned ? six hits and didn't walk or strike out anyone in five innings.

Braves starter Mike Minor (3-6) gave up three homers and allowed seven runs ? four earned ? in 4 2-3 innings.

"Just really basically is what it boils down to is I couldn't throw a fastball for a strike on the inner half today," Minor said.

Adrian Gonzalez added a solo homer for Boston, which won six of seven series against NL opponents.

Heyward is hitting .391 this month with five homers and 12 RBIs.

Cook filled-in for Clay Buchholz, who was placed on the 15-day disabled list Sunday with what Valentine called a "gastrointestinal issue."

The Red Sox jumped ahead with a four-run fourth against Minor. After breezing through the first three innings allowing just a pair of singles, Minor walked the first two batters in the inning. Ross then homered into the first row of seats above the Green Monster, making it 3-0. One pitch later, Gonzalez sliced a flyball into the Monster seats to make it 4-0.

The Braves capitalized on Cook's throwing error for a run during a three-run fifth. Eric Hinske had a two-run double into the center field triangle after Heyward and Andrelton Simmons singled. Juan Francisco then bounced back to the mound and Cook had Hinske off the bag, but threw widely past third to allow him to score to make it 4-3. Cook retired the next three batters, finishing his work.

In the fifth, Boston scored three unearned runs off Minor when Will Middlebrooks had a sacrifice fly and Ross followed with a two-run homer completely out of Fenway Park over the Monster, making it 7-3. Simmons had a throwing error on Kelly Shoppach's grounder to open the inning when he fired the ball into the Red Sox dugout.

Heyward homered off Matt Albers in the sixth.

NOTES: Valentine decided to give recently struggling DH David Ortiz (0 for 11 last three games) a day off with a left-hander starting for Atlanta. "He said he could probably use it," Valentine said. With Ortiz out, hot rookie Middlebrooks moved to DH and Youkilis was back at third. Youkilis was given a lengthy ovation when he came to plate the first time. ... Hinske started just his 20th game this season for Atlanta, and doubled and tripled his first two times up. ... Former Atlanta pitcher John Smoltz was on hand working the nationally televised game and spent time pregame chatting with players in the Braves' clubhouse. ... Braves 3B Chipper Jones, who had the day off, is hitting just .189 (7 for 37) since coming off the DL on June 10. ... Red Sox pitching coach Bob McClure was back with the team after missing two weeks with a family matter.

iPad Bluetooth App to Replace Wi-Fi in the Cockpit | Intel Upgrade ...

Melbourne, Australia (PRWEB) June 17, 2011

ASiQ Limited, the developers of the patented in-flight SafeCell mobile phone system, announced today that they have developed an iPad Bluetooth App that can overcome the problems associated with the use of Wi-Fi in aircraft cockpits.

Recently, Wi-fi hit the headlines regarding interference with cockpit displays. It was reported that under testing, Wi-fi managed to blank out the cockpit displays on a B737NG, which resulted in Boeing suspending Wi-fi installations. This has become an issue for airlines wanting to use iPad?s in the cockpit for crew communications, as part of their Electronic Flight Bags programs ?EFB?.

http://www.flightglobal.com/articles/2011/03/10/354179/wi-fi-interference-with-honeywell-avionics-prompts-boeing.html

Ron Chapman, ASiQ?s CEO, stated ?the issue for Wi-Fi is that under certification testing, in order to provide an acceptable safety margin, wireless transmitters are powered up to 5 times their maximum power. In the case of Wi-Fi, it turns a 1000 milliwatt transmitter into a 5000 milliwatt transmitter. Now compare this to the Intel Aircraft safety Report on Bluetooth.

http://www.scribd.com/doc/7156308/Aircraft-Safety-Report-for-Bluetooth

During aircraft testing, Bluetooth was powered up to 500 times its normal power and at a distance of only 10 cm, was still below the aircraft standards. So it is fairly safe to assume that Bluetooth at 5 times its normal power should not be an issue at all.?

Ron also said ?it was during the development of our new iPhone App for corporate jets, that we realised we could deliver a similar data service on the iPad. What makes it really exciting is that our iPhone Bluetooth proprietary software currently allows up to 3 Apple devices to communicate simultaneously, which means that both pilots and the head of the cabin crew could all have access. Combine this with our satellite/radio controller and message distribution software and you now have a very low cost mobile solution that airlines can implement for crew data communications?

About Bluetooth

Class 2 Bluetooth is standard in the majority of portable devices and as its maximum output is only 2.5 milliwatts, or 500 times less than Wi-Fi, it is ideal for the aircraft environment. The combination of Bluetooth?s low power and the way it operates, is the reason it is documented as safe for use in aircraft. Bluetooth can accommodate up to 3Mbps, which is more than enough bandwidth for the cockpit.

About ASiQ

ASiQ has over 2 decades experience in designing and implementing crew and passenger communications and originally developed G3CARS, a sophisticated airline EFB solution. ASiQ found that the biggest obstacle for airlines implementing an EFB program was the high cost of EFB hardware (up to $ 15,000 per pilot plus installation) and the lack of a low cost in-flight communications interface. The combination of ASiQ?s Bluetooth App, message distribution network and the iPad, opens up a whole new opportunity for airlines and corporate jets

About SafeCell

SafeCell is the only, and worlds first, in-flight Bluetooth mobile phone solution covering all mobile platforms including Apple, BlackBerry, Android and Symbian mobiles phones. SafeCell operates in flight mode which means no roaming charges. SafeCell is compatible with all satellite and aircraft radio communications networks.

ASiQ currently has the new corporate jet iPhone App under test and will release it commercially early next month. ASiQ licenses its software and Apps for distribution.

The Zionist Infestation Of Africa Revisited: The More Details, The More Devils - Part 1

"Our fight is an unbroken one, struggling steadfastly in the shadows; our defiance is an undying force, striking fear into the blackened hearts of the totalitarian tribe." ~ Jonathan Azaziahby Jonathan Azaziah

As the clich? famously goes when one attempts to point out the mysterious or little-known intricacies of a certain historical event, ?the devil is in the details.? An extension of this idiom, when it is applied to the shadowy world of the tribal supremacist persons who govern geopolitics through their kinship networks that extend throughout every sector of society, would most aptly be, ?the more details, the more devils.? And nowhere is this addendum more appropriately put to use than the ravaged continent of Africa.

In Mask of Zion?s first report on Jewish-Zionist intrigues in Africa, ?The Zionist Infestation Of Africa: Zimbabwe To Uganda, Congo To Somalia And Beyond (1),? numerous nations, events and figures were investigated and a plethora of previously suppressed or unknown truths were brought to light for the very first time. This second summary will expound upon many of these revelations, exposing new players, going behind the curtains of new nations and returning to critical plot points already discussed to present an even more damning account of the overall agenda of the Jewish exploitation machine vigorously gnawing at the core of the African continent. Thus, ?the more details, the more devils,? and assuredly, the following will not contain a shortage of either.

The Zionist Entity?s Water Wars: Sudan, Egypt and Libya

Abdullahi Al Azreg, Sudan?s Ambassador to Britain, recently gave a stunningly candid interview to the Islamic Republic of Iran?s Press TV in regards to the ongoing conflict between his nation and the artificial country known as ?South Sudan?. Ambassador Al Azreg stated unequivocally that the South Sudan regime was engaged in a ?proxy war to execute the projects of the Zionist movement?; he further declared them ?puppets,? not only carrying out ?designs? against Khartoum itself but ?other Muslim and Arab countries.?? He slammed Jewish Hollywood as a prime mover and shaker against Sudan and accurately noted that the ?Save Darfur? campaign was the product of several powerful American Jewish organizations. He also pegged the seemingly nonstop propaganda against Sudan as ?mainly Zionist propaganda (2).? These admissions are echoed and fully documented by an abyssal Mask of Zion investigative report on Jewish Hollywood?s symbiotic relationship with the usurping Zionist entity and how it routinely targets the enemies of ?Israel? through its films, television shows and actors (3).

What lies at the heart of the criminal Zionist regime?s subversion of Sudan, beyond the obvious prize of oil and the immediate objective of balkanization, is blue-gold; water, lots and lots of water, and not just any body of water either, but the ancient Nile River itself. This plot, developed in 1974 and known as the ?Yeor Plan?, would see Nile water diverted from Egypt?s northern Sinai region through tunnels underneath the Suez Canal and ultimately, through the illegally besieged Gaza Strip into al-Naqab, referred to by occupying ?Israeli? Jews as the ?Negev?. The Zionist regime initially suggested that 1% of the Nile?s precious water would be sufficient for its needs. The problem with this seemingly tiny amount however, was that the 1% desired by usurping Jewish entity belonged to Sudan. Despite the Zionists? ambitions and the notorious Egyptian collaborationist Anwar el-Sadat?s treacherous willingness to oblige them, Egypt could not transfer any of its water resources unilaterally; it needed approval from its Nile partners: Sudan, Ethiopia, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi and Zaire (4). The only nation here that was operating from a staunch anti-Zionist stance of course, was Sudan, and disapproval from just one of the nine nations, invalidated any such dispersal objectives. Sudan had to be ruined and put under control for the Jewish supremacist enclave?s ?H2O hegemony? could be established.

The Yeor Plan was concocted because ?Israel? is suffering, and has always suffered from a water crisis and thus far, it has proved to be completely incapable of solving it, generating more and more political instability with each passing moment (5). This is due to the Zionist occupiers being nothing more than the equivalents of parasites. They consume, consume and consume, caring not in the slightest about the land they are literally bleeding dry (6). Every one of the rivers that flourished with pristineness before the advent of Zionism is now polluted, some to devastatingly deadly levels, except the Upper Jordan. The Lower Jordan on the other hand is used by the usurping, occupying Jews as nothing more than a dumping ground. 88% of the wells in the occupation capital of Tel Aviv are polluted, and this is just the tip of the iceberg (7).

The Zionist land thieves can?t turn to the water in the occupied West Bank because of their policies of ?water occupation? and ?water apartheid?, in which they systematically destroy Palestinian water wells while hoarding hundreds of millions of cubic meters of water, insanely forcing Palestinians to buy their own water back at criminally inflated prices and taking over major aquifers throughout the territory, effectively denying the aboriginal Palestinian people of one of their most basic human rights. These cruel Zionist efforts are being aided by Britain (8), the Talmudist Rothschild family?s ?homebase? and great colonial pillager of Africa. And in illegally besieged Gaza, the situation is even more daunting. An astonishing 95% of the water in the Strip is undrinkable thanks to Jewish contamination, specifically the ungodly bombing campaign carried out by the ?Israeli? terrorist army during Operation Cast Lead. Additionally, due to this, hundreds of Palestinian babies in the world?s largest open air prison are suffering from ?blue baby syndrome,? a horrific disease of immune system deficiency and disfigurement (9). The hateful usurping entity doesn?t mind the children of non-Jews suffering because of poisoned water but it would never subject its own ?tribe? to such horrors. Hence why it needs Africa?s blue-gold.

Without the collusion of the aforementioned Anwar el-Sadat, arguably the Arab World?s filthiest collaborationist, the Yeor Plan wouldn?t even be a remote possibility. In fact, to take it a step further, if the great Arab nationalist leader Gamal Abdul Nasser was alive, not even the dream of such a plot would have made its way into reality. And this is why Nasser, the usurping Jewish entity?s arch-nemesis, ?had to go?. A longtime target of Mossad and CIA operations, President Nasser died untimely at the age of 52 on September 28th, 1970. Eyewitness testimony confirms that none other than Anwar el-Sadat himself is responsible for poisoning the legendary Nasser on behalf of his ?Israeli? and American masters. Nasser didn?t ?die of natural causes? as it is commonly repeated in mainstream historical discourse, he was assassinated (10). El-Sadat, a self-hating Arab, immediately hijacked the Egyptian presidency in the wake of Nasser?s death, and began implementing initiatives to spread sectarian hatred throughout society, cheapen Islam for imperial objectives and de-Arabize Egyptian culture (11), all to the great pleasure of ?Israel? and the Zionist-occupied governments of the West. Nasser of course, was vehemently anti-sectarian and did everything in his power to preserve Muslim and Egyptian unity (12).

While Egypt was being subverted on a cultural, societal and political level by their proxy el-Sadat, the Zionists deepened their presence in the North African giant that had already been in effect for decades prior. Operation Susannah was the first, in which Egyptian-Jewish Aman operatives posed as Arabs and attempted to detonate explosives inside Egyptian, American and British targets; the goal was to foment a Western proxy war against Nasser so ?Israel? could retake the Suez Canal. The event is known today as the Lavon Affair. Most infamous of all is easily the Mossad-CIA conspiracy known as ?Operation Cyanide?, in which Egypt was to be blamed for an attack on an American Navy ship, thus triggering World War Three. The operation spun out of control and is now known as the USS Liberty Massacre. Since 1978, at least 15 ?Israeli? spy networks have been dismantled within Egypt. Former Shin Bet head and Zionist war criminal Avi Dichter declared openly to a crowd at the ?Israeli? National Security Research Center on May 26, 2010 that weakening Egypt was vital to the very foundation of the Zionist entity?s foreign policy (13).

On New Year?s Day 2011, Mossad detonated a car bomb right outside of al-Qiddissin Coptic Church in Alexandria, murdering at least 25 innocent people, just one week after yet another ?Israeli? spy network was uncovered. The usurping Jewish regime?s international intelligence directorate was spying on Egyptian government officials, attempting to penetrate Islamic opposition groups and infiltrating Egyptian telecommunications firms to strengthen other Zionist espionage networks in Lebanon and Syria. The objective of the bombing was to provoke Muslim-Christian tension. Thankfully, this failed miserably (14). Only a few weeks after the murderous attack came the ?Egyptian Revolution?, which the Zionist entity had its hands in with its proxy, the April 6 Youth Movement, a group of westernized House Arabs bankrolled by Jewish capitalist strongmen, Peter Ackerman and George Soros. The aims of the April 6 Youth Movement were to subvert the real revolutionary fervor of the Egyptian people and secure the installation of a regime like that of el-Sadat?s equally treasonous successor, Hosni Mubarak (15). Currently, as per the 1982 plan of Oded Yinon, ?A Strategy For Israel In The 1980s?, the usurping entity has used the chaos of the ?Egyptian Revolution? to launch a full-scale intelligence assault on Egypt to reoccupy the Sinai (16), a clear scheme to compliment and facilitate the Yeor Plan.? Directly tied to the Jewish-Zionist designs for Sudan and Egypt is the once-glorious North African nation of Libya. Another target of Oded Yinon?s nefarious policy paper (17), Libya has been ravaged by NATO and its proxy militias in another stratagem designed by the forces of international Zionism: UN Watch, a Zionist-headed affiliate of the American Jewish Committee, AIPAC?s foreign policy wing, and the Foreign Policy Initiative (FPI), a Jewish-Zionist nest of the same neoconservative war criminals responsible for masterminding the annihilation of Iraq. The demolition of Libya began on the Jewish revenge holiday of Purim, like Iraq before it, and as of this moment, at least 100,000 innocent lives have been claimed, including women, children and Libyan leader Muammar al-Qadhdhafi himself (18). Apart from thieving Libya?s oil and gold, a central objective of the Zionist war on Libya was to disassemble al-Qadhdhafi?s Great Manmade River and have several Zionist firms rebuild it, establishing a neoliberal stranglehold over Libya?s entire water supply (19).

At the peak of the Zionist-engineered aggression, NATO warplanes not only indiscriminately bombed the Great Manmade River, Earth?s largest irrigation project, leveling it and terribly contaminating it beyond measure, but the only factory that made replacement pipes for it. The Zionist-controlled mainstream media buried this crime against humanity, this act of unadulterated malevolence, with deceptive coverage of the ungodly massacre of Norwegian teenagers on Ut?ya Island, reporting it as the work of a lone gunman instead of the real perpetrator: the usurping Jewish entity?s Mossad (20). The Great Manmade River was providing water and irrigation to at least 70% of the Libyan people, in addition to serving as an asset for Libya to challenge ?Israeli?-Egyptian hegemony over the vegetable-export market in Europe. A key element of the Great Manmade River?s functioning is the Nubian Sandstone Aquifer System, largest fossil water aquifer system in the world, which lies beneath Libya, Egypt, Sudan and Chad (21). It should be noted that Chad has been used as a staging ground by the usurping Zionist entity and its American marionettes to destabilize Libya since the 1980s (22).

By sabotaging and subsequently laying waste to Egypt, Sudan and Libya in three balkanizing ?water wars?, the Jewish occupation regime will then be able to assert its dominance over the Nubian Sandstone Aquifer System and the Great Manmade River, in addition to the obvious perk of knocking off three of its sworn and most hated enemies in its quest for ?Greater Israel.? The three prospective agents of ushering in this new age of Imperium Judaica?s hegemony over North Africa?s water resources are Veolia (formerly Vivendi), Suez Ondeo (formerly Generale des Eaux) and Saur, Zionist-French multinational behemoths that control over 40% of the global water market (23). Veolia in particular is an ultra-Zionist firm, with deep ties to the usurping Jewish entity and its closest ally, the House of Saud. The Zionist-French mega-corporation is complicit in monstrous human rights abuses across occupied Palestine, from the West Bank to al-Quds, as it provides direct services to the ?Israeli? institutions that uphold the tyranny, from the IOF to the illegal Jewish settlements (24). Veolia will no doubt be the chief executor of Zionism?s Yeor Plan.

A man by the name of Jean-Luc Touly, who was employed as an accountant at Veolia/Vivendi for 30 years, blew the whistle on the origins of these multinational water giants. They were created more than 150 years ago. And they were created by bankers (25). At that point in history (and really, at this point in history too), the word ?banker? was dead-on synonymous with the phrases ?Rothschild family? and ?Rothschild lieutenant?, and France, a mighty colonial power, was (and still is) under the jackboot of this predatory plutocratic Jewish dynasty, lock, stock and barrel (1). To this very moment, Veolia/Vivendi is being advised by the Rothschilds (26). It is fitting that a creation of the International Jewish Money Power, stays with the International Jewish Money Power. And it is equally fitting that Africa, raped and pillaged repeatedly and incessantly by Rothschild-financed colonialism for centuries, is being prepped for this creation, this three-headed Zionist ?water monster?, to hurt it and torment it even more.

The United States government, in just one of the many glaring signs that all of its mechanisms of governance have been through a process of ?Israelification?, has just declassified a document which states that water-based conflicts will threaten its ?national security interests? in the near and distant future. One of the water bodies mentioned is none other than the Nile River (27). American ?national security interests? under threat? No, the Zionist entity?s. And as per the 1975 MOU between the United States and ?Israel? that stipulates America must fulfill the energy needs of the Jewish occupation regime whenever it is necessary to do so (28), it is definite that this study was conducted at the behest of Zionist interests. And, with ?Israel? growing closer to the fabricated regime in South Sudan with each passing day, a dastardly military-intelligence relationship that dates back to at least 1967 (29), it is also clear that the water wars against Sudan, Libya and Egypt are, unfortunately, ongoing Zionist projects.

Iranian general: military strike would be the end of Israel

DUBAI: A high-ranking Iranian general said on Saturday Israeli military action against Iran's nuclear programme would lead to the collapse of the Jewish state, Fars news agency reported.

Last week's round of nuclear talks between Iran and world powers in Moscow failed to secure a breakthrough, heightening fears Israel might take unilateral military action to curb Iran's nuclear activities.

The two sides agreed to a follow-up meeting of technical experts on July 3, saving the process from outright failure.

"They cannot do the slightest harm to the (Iranian) revolution and the system," Brigadier General Mostafa Izadi, deputy chief of staff of Iran's armed forces, told Fars.

"If the Zionist regime takes any (military) actions against Iran, it would result in the end of its labours," he added.

"If they act logically, such threats amount to a psychological war but if they want to act illogically, it is they who will be destroyed."

Izadi's comments are an apparent response to Israeli Vice Prime Minister Shaul Mofaz's calls for tougher sanctions against Tehran and his indication that military action was still an option.

Analysts say Iranian officials use such rhetoric as a way of stoking Western concerns of chaos in the Middle East and the disruption of oil supplies in the event of military action.

During negotiations in Moscow the six powers - the United States, China, Russia, France, Britain and Germany - demanded Iran scale back its nuclear work and, in particular, stop enriching uranium to levels that could bring it close to making an atom bomb.

The demands included the shutting down of the Fordow underground uranium enrichment facility and the shipping of any stockpile out of the country.

In return, they offered fuel to keep Iran's medical isotope reactor running, assistance in nuclear safety and an end to a ban on spare parts for Iran's ageing civilian aircraft.

Iran denies its work has any military purpose and says the powers should offer it relief from sanctions and acknowledge its right to enrich uranium before it meets their demands.

Since April President Obama Cut Oil Prices 21%, Boosted GDP $78.4 Billion

WASHINGTON, DC - APRIL 17: (L to R) U.S. President Barack Obama arrives to speak about the oil markets followed by U.S. Secretary of the Treasury Timothy Geithner, Commodity Futures Trading Commission Chairman Gary Gensler and U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder in the Rose Garden of the White House on April 17, 2012 in Washington, DC. Obama announced a plan to increase oversight and crack down on manipulation of the oil markets. (Image credit: Getty Images via @daylife)

In April, I predicted that President Obama?s $52 million plan to increase the margin requirements and otherwise tighten the screws on oil speculators ? who borrow huge sums to bet on the direction of oil without taking delivery ? would cut oil prices by 10%. He?s beaten that prediction and the lowered prices of gasoline has added $78.4 billion to its consumers? spending power.

In case you never heard about it, in April the Obama administration asked Congress to spend $52 million to regulate this speculation. According to the Washington Post, this included the following steps:

  • Increase by a factor of six Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC)?surveillance and enforcement staff ?to better deter oil market manipulation,?
  • Boost 10-fold to $10 million the civil and criminal penalties against ?firms that engage in market manipulation,?
  • Give the CFTC authority to increase the trader margins ? the amount of their own capital that traders must set aside for each bet. The administration officials said such authority ?could help limit disruptions in energy markets,? according to the Post.

Why does this have anything to do with the price of oil? That?s simple. When?oil hit $147 a barrel four years ago, those speculators accounted for 81% of the trading volume. And margin requirements can affect the price of oil.

When regulators raise those requirements, oil speculation becomes less attractive to traders and they place bets elsewhere. And when margin requirements drop, the traders pile into their oil speculations ? confident that they can borrow enough to limit their downside while boosting their upside opportunity.?

In February 2011, when commodities exchanges raised the amount of their own capital that speculators must set aside in order to trade ? according to Bloomberg, the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) increased its margin requirements?20% to $6,075 per contract, and the International Exchange (ICE) increased its margin requirement 7% to $5,200?? the price of oil fell 10% within a few months.

And a year later,?the commodities exchanges cut the amount of capital that speculators need to set aside before trading ? the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) cut by 9%?to $6,885 the amount that Nymex crude speculators have to post to trade the so-called front-month contract, according to MarketWatch?? leading prices to soar to $109 that month.

So what?s happened since April? Oil ended the month at $106 and as of June 22, it had lost 21% of its value ? sitting at $84. I guess I under-estimated the impact of the CME?s boost in margin requirements for oil speculators.

But there are other factors that could have affected the price of oil. For example, the dollar has strengthened compared to the Euro since the end of April ? rising 6%?from $1.33/Euro to $1.25/Euro ? and since oil is traded in dollars, the stronger the dollar, the more oil it can buy.

It?s entirely possible that supply and demand have something to do with this as well. MarketWatch claims that ?traders are more concerned about plentiful supplies and deteriorating demand expectations.?? And on June 20, the EIA reported a 2.9 million barrel supply increase in the week ended June 15 while Platts analysts expected to see?a decline of 600,000 barrels for the week.

Certainly oil prices affect gasoline prices and rising gasoline prices tax consumers? budgets. According to AP, ?every one-cent increase in the price of gasoline costs the economy $1.4 billion.? So it stands to reason that a drop in the price of gasoline would add to consumers? discretionary spending.

So just how much has President Obama stimulated the economy through his April crackdown on oil speculators. Well, if my experience is any indication, the answer is quite a bit. After all, I was paying about $4.05 a gallon for mid-grade back then and this week the price?had?fallen to $3.49.

That 56 cents a gallon decline would amount to me saving about $582 a year ? assuming that I fill up my 20 gallon tank once a week. But if the AP is right, that same 56 cent a gallon?drop would add $78.4 billion to U.S. GDP.?

That?s not much for a $15 trillion economy, but it represents a 1,508% return on President Obama?s $52 million investment in two months.
